Today Chloe and Sarah from the Dairy Council NI visited the Primary 5 and Primary 6 year groups. They discussed with the pupils the importance of a balanced diet and physical activity. The children thoroughly enjoyed the interactive programme and gained a deeper understanding into how they can adopt a healthier lifestyle.
