Ronan and Fitzy the bear from FitMinds Coach came to visit the ASC and LSC pupils today. Fitzy was wearing his special ear defenders to reinforce that it is okay to use special aids to make us feel comfortable. 🧸 Ronan explored different ways of responding to our environment. He played action songs and had mindful music to help us relax. We all really enjoyed this interactive and fun session and we can’t wait until they return with more fun and games.😊✨
