Today the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland visited the Primary 5 and Primary 6 year groups. They discussed with the pupils the importance of a balanced diet and physical activity. 🏃🍎🍓🥦 The children thoroughly enjoyed the interactive programme and gained a deeper understanding into how they can adopt a healthier lifestyle.
