Mrs O’Hara’s and Miss Walls’s P5 classes have enjoyed in their first session of Shared Education with Cookstown Primary and Phoenix Integrated. The activities the children participated in were based on our World Around Us theme - Destination Egypt. The children were thoroughly engaged in creating their god pictures, building pyramids in Minecraft, using coordinates to find hidden artefacts and treasures and using hieroglyphs to solve hidden clues. We are all really looking forward to our second session!
