This week was Children’s Mental Week - a week dedicated to raising awareness about mental health in children and teaching children how to ‘be kind to your mind’.
This week our children were involved in lots of activities aimed at understanding what mental health means and learning strategies to help us when we might not be feeling our best mentally - from stories, to nature walks, breathing exercises, circle times, making connections and lots more.
