Term 1 in Primary 7

Exciting Update from Primary 7's First Term
Primary 7 has been deeply engaged in uncovering the stories of the past, particularly focusing on the Famine during term one! Our historical exploration took a creative turn as we used chalk to bring famine homes to life through vivid sketches.
In our numeracy, our students turned into angle detectives, scouring the nooks and crannies of our school to identify those elusive right angles. The journey didn't stop there—we dived into measuring volume and capacity, estimating the space various containers could hold. Coordinates became our compass as we learned to read and plot points in all four quadrants.
In literacy, our focus on the Famine continued with the captivating novel 'Under The Hawthorn Tree.' This experience inspired our children to step into the shoes of the characters and express their thoughts through diary entries.
